30 Days of Meditation to build resiliency, curiosity, creativity and spirituality. My intention is to create a loving container where you can play with meditation and explore your inner landscape. This is for all levels. We will also play with pranayama (breath work and cultivation of life force energy) mantra (the reciting of sacred sanskrit words) mudra (hand postures), tapping techniques, movement meditation, yoga Nidra (yoga for sleep) and nature meditation. Ali has been teaching yoga + meditation for 15 years. She is a gentle, welcoming guide. This is currently on sale as "pay what you can" on a sliding scale of $15-$108.
