Barre is a combo of pilates, yoga + ballet (on steroids). It is a strengthening practice done on a yoga mat + from a ballet barre.
Focus is on full body strengthening + toning.
Leg work, booty work, core work + arms.
This is a perfect practice to add to your resume- especially for yoga or fitness instructors.
