Cookie Dough Energy Balls (Super Easy)

Hola!

These Energy Balls are a must have in my fridge.

I am hypoglycaemic- which means I need to make sure I am eating healthy fats regularly.

These are super easy (like most of my recipes) and so delicious- they taste like cookie dough.

This is another food my kids go nuts for.

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Peanut Butter (Or any nut butter)

1/2 Cup of Honey

1 Cup Organic Oats

1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Big Scoop Coconut Oil (Optional)

Nuts/Seeds Options

(I just add a med. size sprinkle of any/all of these)

Flaxseed

HempSeeds

Chia Seeds

Coconut

Pumkin seeds

Mix all ingredients into a big bowl.

Let it sit in the fridge for 30+ minutes

Roll into balls

Store in the fridge.
